LeagueMinder is an interactive athletic management tool. It allows you to schedule games, create and exchange contracts and eligibility forms, and manage your department from anywhere via the web. Everything is available on the LeagueMinder web site. However, your Internet browser needs to be at least Explorer 5.5 or higher on PC's, Internet Explorer 5.1.6 on Mac OS 8.x and 9.x, and Internet Explorer 5.2 on OS 10.x. If you do not have the latest version of one of these browsers, please visit our downloads section to download the proper browser for free. Adobe Acrobat is also used for some reports and can also be downloaded free of charge. Q. What do we mean by interactive scheduling? Unlike other scheduling tools which only allow you to input your school's schedule, LeagueMinder allows schools to schedule together. Users can act as the chairperson and input the entire league's schedule for a sport. In addition, notifications are sent to opposing schools notifying them that their schedule has been updated. In effect, every school works off the same master schedule. Q. Can I use LeagueMinder anywhere? Absolutely. You can use LeagueMinder anywhere that has a computer and an Internet connection. Just log on to www.leagueminder.com and submit your login name and password. Q. Does LeagueMinder work on MAC's and PC's? Yes. Because it is a web-based program, LeagueMinder works with either platform. Q. Will my information be secure? Absolutely*. LeagueMinder's servers are
protected by a state-of-the-art firewall security appliance.

Free Trial InformationQ. What does the FREE TRIAL allow me to do? Everything. New members are given a 30 day free trial of the service. With it, you have the full functionality and benefits of a LeagueMinder member. Please contact us at anytime with concerns or questions. Q. How long does the trial last? The trial period is 30 days. Q. How do I sign up for the service after the trial has expired? LeagueMinder will contact you about becoming a member before the trial expires. If your trial expires and you would like to join the LeagueMinder community, please call or e-mail us. Joining LeagueMinderQ. How do I join? It's easy. Go to www.LeagueMinder.com and select free trial. Answer a few questions about your school. LeagueMinder will then contact you with a login name and initial password. Q. Can LeagueMinder be used if other schools in my league haven't joined yet? YES! As a stand alone service, LeagueMinder is the premier athletic management tool available. Even if the rest of your league hasn't joined LeagueMinder yet, you can still manage your schedule, eligibility forms, and contracts from anywhere, at anytime. The system will still create contracts and eligibility forms, but you will have to print and exchange them with other schools that are not on the system. As schools join the system they will automatically be added to your network. As membership grows, so will your ability to harness the power of the LeagueMinder community. Using the SiteQ. Only if you give them access. If you make your login name and password available, you can allow others to login to the system.
